I ordered to many times on the internet that it denied it and never got my pizza till I paid cash from the 80$ I withdrew from the atm. My check that was deposited was 247.22$ from the 9 of April on the Thursday

I have been double charged and need to cancel a transaction

When I try to call the number to talk to someone it states my card number is invalid and that it does not exist. There is no way around contacting them without entering it or your social and neither are working, so I will have to wait 3 days to pull my $400 pending transaction out and be able to pay my bills that I need to pay now because money network cant answer the phone without my card number.

MY STRIP ON THE BACK OF MY CARD WAS COMING OFF, SO I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT NUMBER ON THE BACK OF THE CARD. I HAD SEVERAL THINGS I NEEDED TO DO BECAUSE I CHANGED MY ADDRESS. THE AGENT WAS NOT EVEN FROM AMERICA AND CAN BARELY SPEAK ANY ENGLISH. SO AFTER I CHANGED MY ADDRESS WE WERE IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING OF MY NEW CARD, I TOLD THE AGENT IN ADVANCE THAT I DID NOT WANT TO DEACTIVATE THIS CARD UNTIL MY NEW CARD CAME IN, HE TOLD ME THAT WOULD BE NO PROBLEM. AFTER THE END OF OUR CONVERSATION HE DONE TOLD ME YOUR CARD WILL BE DEACTIVATED. I TOLD HIM NO THAT IS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR THAT TO LEAVE IT LIKE IT WAS AND I WAS GOING TO CALL WHEN I CAN GET ALL MY MONEY OFF MY CARD. HE SAID OK NO PROBLEM THAT MY CARD WAS OK TO USE. WELL AFTER HANGING UP THE PHONE, I FELT UNEASY SO I HUNG UP AND CALLED AGAIN AND THE AGENT AT THAT TIME TOLD ME MY ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED. AFTER I VERY WELL ASKED THEM THAT IS NOT WHAT I WANTED. THEY EXPLAINED THAT WAS THEIR POLICY. I CAN UNDERSTAND POLICY BUT AFTER I STATED IT THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT FROM THE BEGINNING NOT LEADING ME TO BELIVE MY CARD WOULD STAY ACTIVE TILL I RECEIVED MY NEW CARD. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND HE STATED THERE WAS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT HIS WORKER MESSED UP MY ACCOUNT. GRANT IT I JUST GOT PAID SO ALL MY MONEY IS ON THE CARD WITH BILLS TO BE PAID AND LEAVING OUT OF TOWN ON SUNDAY FOR THE BIRTH OF MY FIRST GRANDBABY AND THERE WAS NOTHING HE WAS TRYING TO DO TO HELP ME OUT. I ASKED HIM ISNT CUSTOMERS ALWAYS RIGHT. HE TOLD ME NO. CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT. AS SOON AS I GET MY NEW CARD I AM NOT DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. TOO FLAKEY NOT HELPFUL.

I have been there, I know what you mean. I was sent in circles over the most basic issues and everyone who answered the phone is not only full of attitude and rude, but they also lie....often. I think a lawsuit is in order, shut @metabank down!

I'm going to report this company to ANYTHING I can find online. Nobody should be treated this way after they were STOLEN FROM!

Our card information was stolen some how. We got the notification via text in the late evening, we immediately called the police to make a report. According to the notification the theft happened at an ATM far away from where we live. Money network sent us paperwork to fill out and send it back to them. Before our papers even made it back to them they denied our claim! They wouldn't even hear about our CLAIM! They refuse to pay back the 503 dollars that was stolen from us! This place cannot be trusted. Period!

I had this card for awhile. Once the card expired I figured I should get a new one. I had also moved so my address changed. The old address was my parents address though so I figured I would be sent a new card but nope. So I called to have the new card sent to my new address. I called 6 separate days on 6 different days. Each time, their system failed to send my info. I finally asked for a manager because it was absolutely ridiculous and after hours of trying to figure it out he hung up on me. I just want my money from my account and close this piece of *** off. I have also tried to get my info from my account so I don't have to speak to someone but of course, their mobile app is working but the site isn't. Again, don't waste your time with these idiots.

Despite having an "Account Holder Agreement, Fee Schedule and Balance and Transaction Limits Schedule" (Money Network's legal document) effective April 1, 2019 that states: "The Monthly Account Maintenance Fee will be $5.00. Fee is waived in any Monthly Statement Cycle in which account loads total $400 or more."

I had an account balance of $1035.

Despite this cardholder agreement in black and white, Money Network deducted 8 consecutive monthly fees from my account. When I called in to get it corrected (7+ calls in 2 months, totaling 4 hours!), the best I was able to get was 6 fees refunded. That is criminal. I think it's fair to assume that most people would not have spent so much time fighting for a $40 refund, and I think Money Network banks on it.

It a criminal way to make money. The customer service call center is located in the Philippines where the minimum wage is the equivalent of $10 (US dollars) a DAY. So with cheap overseas labor, they can afford to give us the run around and still profit. Nicely done, Money Network.

You are a perfect example of a sleazy corporation. AND I STILL WANT THE $10 YOU OWE ME and an apology.

Stay clear

I recently had fraud on my account that posted literally 3min after my paycheck. I called that morning explaining I have no idea what this is, but they took 100.00. I canceled my card and was told a new would arrive and filled out the paperwork to have my money refunded. Well lol and behold no card refund was denied. They will not give me a number to this company nor will they give me anymore info. I'm filing and police report and turning them into BBB. I have Navy fed, but got this card to pay Bill's. What a joke

Today before I went to bed which was basically 4am I checked my account and was told I had $98.75 on my account, I woke up spent about 20 of that for gas and food, and some how I have 12 dollars left on my account. I have no monthly subscription, Im also very aware of what I buy and Im a Saver not a spender. Im also a minor... Ill get my money back either if I have to sue or call the cops.

Typically, if you used your card at the pump they put a 75 dollar hold on account. Usually they put it back on within a couple hours.

But that was my experience.

Who knows? They are definitely crooked.

Get people who can pronounce words correctly and know how to do their job right it's been almost 6 months or longer that I asked for bank statements told I'd be receiving them in a few days.

At the time I needed bank statements when I called and asked I couldn't understand the person she sounded like she didn't understand English after all was said and done it's 2020 I'm still waiting from 2019 of November hope you can read English.
