I tried to purchase a money order from uspspo on 12/8 they took the money but said it's not showing up on their end. I called right then and filed a dispute. I never received my dispute forms so after calling everyday i finally was told to do a handwritten dispute. I did it and faxed it in. It has been a week since i filed and I've never had to wait this long. I got hung up on about my money for trying to see when im going to get it back. I need my money and they giving me a hard time.

They blocked my account because of a changed address and I understand. After faxing prof of who I am and being late on my bills I had to wait 4 days before calling again and being told they couldn’t read my fax!!! After emailing them the same things today ( with pictures of course ) I will be calling tomorrow ! It is MY money I have proven who I am and I’m very un satisfied. I will be opening up a bank account and cancelling my account with them!!!

Took 3 weeks to activate card, finally got it activated 5 days i got paid (it was confirmed on ADP appthe day it went thru) and it said i had 0 dollars in my account. Now its been a week and i have nothing to show for all the work i put in

Money Network-lousy service

Someone, not me, requested a new card on my account. Luckily, I caught it before they received and activated the card. I called trying to get my funds, since the card I had had been canceled. Got the run around. Talked to several different people and always got a different answer. One person would say we can do this... I would call back after getting the info they needed and the next person would say, oh, we can't do that. I have a new card and am still having trouble getting my funds. I have this card through my employer and will suggest to any new associates that the do direct deposit and not even mess with ADP Money Network.

Worst customer service ever

These people are rude and can’t speak English. Nicole has hung up on me 3 times. Won’t let me do the survey because she knows I will be giving the lowest ratings possible. I don’t not want to be contacted by just anyone in the company I want CORPERT TO CONTACT ME. They need to go over their recordings and listen to how rude their employees are! I would never commend this bank to anyone out there and will letting my employer know about this horrible company that they are using so they can stop offering it right away! They’re big on customer service and are family owned business which reflects bad on them. I will not only be telling them about it but contacting their corpert offices as well.

They Play With Your Money

Hi, Im an angry money network user and have been for 6 months. They was Straight Forward at first but once something that happens that is not in your control then you see just how terrible they service are.

I lost my Money Network Card and it has been *** ever since. I called for a new and it still hasnt came and its been damn near 3 weeks. Dont even try to write a check with these people because if you *** up anything on the check...say goodbye to your money beacuse they take the amount right off your acconut before you can even cash it, and if you trying to cancel that check to get you money back on your account, the process is going to take about a week.

I know Right and if you one of those people who only use money network because of their employer then you should know the level of frustration that we have to go through just to get your hard earned money. Money network is the most stupidest service ever i will never trust them with my money all of the in customer service and they supervisor can go to ***.

The put a hold on my money because i started a new job and am using my maiden name. Im still waiting to access my money which is all i have. Ive talked to them for two days and they are rude and not helpful. I hate them and do not recommend this at all.

Used am atm to withdraw $400 off my card, atm said there was an error couldnt use it at this time. Try to use another atm to discover $403 came off my card. Contact money network and they tell me I have to contact the owner of the atm and there bank. So after I go through all that just to find out that money network has to handle it now they say oh you have to file a dispute and it will take 3-5 days for a form to come in the mail which had already been 6 days. When I call the only thing they can say is its being processed but you tell me you cant do anything until I fill out the form. So what the *** have you processed???? They have all the *** transaction information so why the *** havent you contacted the bank that owns the atm????

I started a new job and its payday,today.But I go to activate my card and it saids Were sorry but Seems that you arent Inrolled yet.WTF!!! Its been a week.Now payday and i cant do *** and cant get to MY {{Redacted}} MONEY!!!!.THIS *** NEEDS FIXED.I went online and it tells me SOME OR ALL YOUR INFOMATION IS WRONG!!! SERIOUSLY.I THINK I KNOW MY INFO BETTER THAN YOU DO.This *** is horrible and SOMEBODY IS GONNA GIVE ME my DANG PAY!!!!

My entire paycheck gone the day i got it-ATM transactions in the philippines...

got paid today. my employer uses money network debit for our paychecks. received email verifying deposit in AM. tried to use card in PM and it was denied. called CS who told me i had $7 left. when i questioned this, i was told that someone in the philippines had withdrawn over $500 from ATMs--while i was at work in SC. agent didn't seem to know what to do--i asked to speak to a supervisor--and was left on hold for almost an hour. when i finally spoke to someone, i told them that either they or my employer was hacked--and even if it was money network, they are contracted by my employer, so the employer is at fault regardless. in lieu of waiting for a dispute form in the mail, they told me i could hand write one and email them a photo of it, which i did. they said to call 15 minutes later to ensure they got it. well, by the time they answered, the "upper office" was already closed--and i have to call back tomorrow. my funds will be restored--but in 10+ business days. and it's most likely THEIR fault... sheesh.

Money Network covertly steals your money from you. They constantly try to avoid resolving problems and often blame the cardholder for mistakes they make.

Furthermore, the website itself is poorly made and they tried to CHARGE ME FOR pay stubs/YTD documentation.

This is not even legal by my understanding I have a right to my employment information, and its a requirement that it be provided so I can file taxes. I finally convinced the person on the line(who thought an email was the same as a physical document) to send them to me WITHOUT charging me bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad experience with this company

Looked at my account was 139.73 negitive and called to see what was going on, cause i havent spent any money at all, and all i got was the run around.. so now its either pay my bills or feed my kids and my kids come first

12-21-17 around 1:35 pm I called to report a lost card, the associate I first spoke with was very unprofessional, didn't seem like he was willing to help nor care about his job. Very vague with instructions and how to go about things. More people need to care about their job.
