Not resolved

I had called customer service since October about fraudulent charges and was not given the option to dispute them until the middle of November. They said they were sending a dispute form which I never received.

I continually called back and was finally told to fax a handwritten letter of dispute. My fax was received on December 3rd and I’m still waiting for the money to be credited to my account.

It was only supposed to take 10 business days but every time I call customer service they say there hasn’t been any updates. Completely ridiculous.
