On 11/29 I placed a dispute for 2 separate atm transactions.I faxed dispute paperwork on a Monday 12/4 the day I received paperwork in the mail ,they claimed they never received it.I spent the next 2 days emailing back and forth copies of the forms and fax report.

I was ensured that my dispute would be handled. I spent an entire day emailing back n forth paperwork that ha already been faxed. To make a long story short, it's over a week later and no credit has been placed on my acct. according to their policy.

To say the least I'm livid! its 2 weeks before Xmas and that was layaway money for my kids layaway (my final payment). I'll be forfeiting if not paid today. They are heartless and highly unprofessional.

I'm outdone with them and when this is resolved I will be opening a bank account for direct deposit.

At least with a bank I feel my money will be safe and I'll be respected as a customer.By the way they have a grade F with the BBB.
