Not resolved

My card was randomly placed on a "Federal Government Hold" in last November because I had not used the card recently, but in fact I used the card the month before that. Was told to fax my information and then when they received it they said that it was blurry and they could not read it.

When asking to speak to a manager or supervisor, I was told to wait several times by many different customer service people. Some would come back and say "There are none available right now" and others would simply hang up.

If you are young and getting your first job...DO NOT USE MONEY NETWORK. The customer service along with the company is an absolute joke.

Were you able to get resolution. My daughter has same issue and your description is what i was told also.

Is this a scam. It makes no sense
