I have money in my account but my card is declining I have money in my account but my card is declining I have money in my account but my card is declining !!!!!!!!!!! I TRIED TO ORDER FOOD ONLINE AND MY CARD DECLINED.I JUST GOT PAID THE DAY BEFORE AND THERE IS PLENTY OF FUNDS AVAILABLE.

I TRIED TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE MULTIPLE TIMES BUT THE LINE DROPS EVERY TIME IM CONNECTED. I HAVEN'T UTILIZED MY CARD SO I KNOW THERE AREN'T ANY PENDING TRANSACTIONS. I REALLY NEED TO KNOW WHATS GOING ON!!! IS THERE ANOTHER NUMBER FOR META BANK OR ADP TOTAL-PAY CARD OTHER THAN 866-402-1237??.

HAVE ANY EVER EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE??? IS THIS NORMAL?????

I’m havin the same problem , it’s like I have money but I can’t spend it . I hate how Walmart pays people on these dumb cards , I can’t even access my money !

They locked my card too!! Basically you have to prove you are the one who owns the card.

Call the number on the back of the card, try from a different phone. Then as of a hold was placed on your card or if your card has been "upgraded". Then ask for the Fax number and fax them a copy of your state ID or License, your Social Security card, and your Passport (you have to include your Passport something about the patriot act) and wait.

Call every day and ask if your card has been taken off hold. That should fix it.

Same with me on all of the above....I called the number and got hung up on several times....no gas in car and not able to buy any even though i have plenty of money. I have the call recorded.

i was pissed. Said 2-4 hours cards will be down....No way to know when it is back up either....***

Even so, I am just going to open a new bank account. This kind of stuff shouldnt happen. Cant go christmas shopping, cant buy dinner, cant even find out when they think itll be fixed.

I thought it was just me that I must be going crazy and probably didn't have enough money in the account but I just recently bought something at one store and then I went to about 3 others afterwards and none of the 3 accepted it. I started thinking about my account being hacked or whatever until I decided to search this issue to see if it was a common thing but I see not..

Good I'm not alone in this but it sucks regardless.

Aren't there laws protecting us from stuff like this?? I have no cash on hand as I do everything electronicly.

I'm very upset with this situation, and they didn't send out any emails, or texts, or even list anything on their website to let is know that there is an issue!! Very poor management in my eyes!!

I'm having the same issue. I FINALLY talked to a person that told me it was "system maintenance".

I also was declined, 3 times.

I was told to wait 30 minutes and try again, if that didn't work, wait an hour. BS The number I called was 1-800-903-4698

This is also happening to me right now. I called their awesome customer service number half a dozen times. I actually sat on hold for about 15 mins - the call got dropped every other time.

Same happened to me today. I call and go through all the hoops and when it transfers me the call drops.

So I decided to go with the lost or stolen card option. While I was on hold a recording would come on saying "If you are calling in regarding a declined transaction we are aware of this non-technical issue and we are working on fixing it.

If you need further assistance please stay on the line." I was on hold for an hour then I hung up.

I am currently on hold now. Apparently there is a system malfunction and "they're aware and trying to resolve the issue". However, it is extremely inconvenient, especially because there is no banking center to withdraw funds from, so if you're like me and don't carry cash...you're out of luck until they fix it.
