This company screwed me over cause they are idiots. How so?

I called them up to activate my card and they tell me "Oh? This card on your account has not yet been activated, please do so!" OK, I do what I'm told and I want to activate it and it routes me to customer service. Well the guy is doing his job so I'm not mad at that.

What *** me off is the fact that this damn service tells me 1 thing while I know what I did was messed up but what they didn't tell me is WHAT card I accidentally canceled and so now I have to wait sometime around next week to get my new card so I'm not going to get any money for some time. The guy on the phone kept saying "please be advised." that was honestly annoying

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE BETTER.
