Money Network - Worst Customer Service

Still attempting to get paperwork and checks from a fraud dispute 2 weeks ago. Ive called 5 times only to be told to call back in a few days if i havent reveived them yet. Email for complaints wasnt even valod and the customer rep refused to confirm it!! Big scam of a companu if you ask me!!

Money Network - Poor service

I’ve contacted customer service about a charge on my card that I did not make and they done nothing to help me I’ve explained to them about the other company and how they work and so the did the other merchant who was on the phone at the time and still they did nothing to help me..very bad customer service

Money Network - English Please

I spoke with a representative and could not understand a word he said due to his thick accent. I called back and spoke with a female who wasn’t much better. I asked if there was an English (primary language) person I could speak with and was met with silence, then she just repeated something intelligible. I give up... I only have $16 in there anyway!
