Customer service is rude and supervisors are just as rude! They refuse to let u speak to anyone higher than them and pretend they cant hear you so they can hang up on you.

I tried to get my money back cause someone was swiping my card I call up her for a week nd Everytime I speak to a representative they say different I don't understand instead of going through just give the money back then the supervisor didn't wanna answer the phone how rude is that u should answer everybody call but I will never be with money network again

When asking to speak to a manager or supervisor, I was told to wait several times by many different customer service people. Some would come back and say "There are none available right now" and others would simply hang up. If you are young and getting your first job...DO NOT USE MONEY NETWORK...

Money Network - Horrible card

Run away! Do not go through money network/metabank. They put my card on hold but they cant tell me why i missed a payment on a bill because of this. They have horrible customer service. If you got this card then get rid of it
