Money Network - HORRIBLE SERVICE & THIEVES

For 3 weeks that have refused to unlock my teenagers card, had us jump through a thousand hoops, sending private information through fax & emails and they still refuse to release his money. Once you stop working at Walmart, they are horrible!!

Money Network - Got no help from customer service

So I couldn’t make an online purchase via one app kept referring me to my card issuer. I called 1 800 845 8683 and a woman called Mya or something like that could not answer my simple question as to why I couldn’t make the purchase .She didn’t seem to know her job well and was very dismissive. Please train her or have her work at back office. Otherwise I have no other issues with Money Network.

Money Network - Potential employer scam

Company is refusing to give me my account information, was given every piece of information imaginable. Employee even asked for my full security number, place of birth, address, phone number, date of birth, card number and on and on. There's literally no more information I can give them and you still refused to give me my login name, even though it hasn't changed in a decade. I feel I am being scammed by one of their workers at the moment.
