Cannot make online purchases properly. Although far more than adequate funds are available. This card is constantly declined by multiple processors such as epoch verotel ccbill and google play. The holding process on purchases does not update the available total in real time; and their customer service department is horrible.

I recently lost my money network cars and was getting pissed with the customer service being down for so long, I was doing so looking around online and I found this number for customer service (800-845-8683) and I finally managed to get ahold of someone and I got a new card issued to me it should be at my house in 7-10 business days, if you're having the same trouble as I did try that number

I have been calling customer service for the past 3-4 months trying to get a replacing pay card, and Everytime I call the automated voice tells me they're experiencing technical difficulties.
