This company is so unproffesional and such a *** mess. I've lost my card twice already and every time I call the customer service number the machine asks me for my social and RIGHT after tells me they're experiencing technical difficulties.
First time this happened to me took me about a week to be able to contact them. Now it's been almost 2 to 3 weeks and I still have a lost card, got paid, need to pay bills and go Christmas shopping but can't do anything because every time I *** call they're having "technical difficulties." LIKE COME ON PEOPLE GET YOUR *** *** TOGETHER.
