this is the WORST experience i've ever had. they have horrible customer service, half the time I call, most of them can barely even speak english and they don't know ANYTHING about what they're doing.

they're constantly putting me on hold trying to "research" the problem, well shouldn't you already know since you work there??? after speaking 10 minutes "researching" the problem, they come back and have NO answer for me.

they charge me for EVERY single thing. they are trying to charge me 10$ for withdrawing from the ATM and on top of that won't even give me all my money.
