Not resolved

I recently just got a second job, and I’ve had my money network card for 6 months now. I got paid last night, went to buy food and it got declined.

When I got home I called them and they told me my account was on hold. When they told me to fax my info over I asked for an email which they eventually gave me and when I called today to check on it THEY HUNG UP ON ME. I have a $600 deposit going on my card tonight and they won’t let me move it or anything. I even called visa and they wouldn’t let visa have access to my account.

They won’t tell me why they suddenly need my info they just apologize and tell me the same *** they’ve repeated the entire call. I have no clue what to do Monetary loss: $700
