Not resolved

Ive been using moneynetwork for the past 4 months and nothing bad happened. Until last night at 7pm.

Someone took out 303 dollars, i have the card in my hand right now. I call customer service and all they do is tell me to wait 15 business days for investigation and charge me 5 bucks for a new card..

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

I reportd my card lost , now they block me from my account!!! I can't get money out to pay my bills


Same here, they even allowed someone to change the pin on my acct that doesn't have any authorization on my account. Is there anything we can do about this?

I've called and called and they aren't taking the mistake they've made serious. I've spoken to supervisors and they supervisors isn't helpful at all.
