As stated at everywherepaycard.com, to create a PIN, you should call the Money Network customer service at 1-88*-913-0900 and follow the prompts.

I had the same problem. When I had charges to dispute on my eip card the robot tells me to enter my pin. There is no place to create it.

how can a talk to a person over the phone and not a machine?I lost my card and I can not cancel it because I don't remember the numbers on the stupid card and I been trying to cancel for days. How long do I have to wait for a $115.00 over authorization to be released back into my account?I stayed in a hotel 2weeks ago and they held an extra $115.00 “for incidentals”. Mind you, they don’t offer room service or pay per view or even charge for phone calls The hotel says they didn’t overcharge my card and that my money is still on my card.

However, it’s been 14 days and I still have a $0 balance!!!! I mean come on how long do I have to wait to access my own money that one company or the other is holding hostage???

According to the Money Network FAQ page, you can transfer money from your Account to a personal bank account. However, before you can initiate a transfer, you will need to:
  • Obtain the bank routing number and bank account number from a personal check tied to the bank account that will receive the funds;
  • Find out if the bank account is a checking or saving account.

Once you have the required information:
  • Access your account online or by calling the Customer Service number on the back of your card;
  • Select the option to transfer funds to a bank account and follow the instructions.

Can i change banks if i dont have an active card?Im pretty new to banking and whatnot, and moved into my first apartment in August. Alas my card expired next month also, so i called CS and ask to changed my address so they can send in my new card to my home.

this is where it became a problem.. I did this in the middle of august and as of Sept 22.. i havent received nothing regarding my name. this looks bad on me since my rent was overdue and i been borrowing money from family (which i really dont like doing).

Ive called CS many times, most times i cant even understand them, then asking for a supervisor and telling me that there isnt one available. im super desperate and all i want to do now is to move banks as fast as possible but obviously i dont have a card to begin with.

can i move accounts with a different bank without an active card? its a stupid question and its 5 am so im completely desperate right now

Why cant i register to use the online app?I downloaded and tried to register to use the mobile app. It keeps telling me "error: some or all of the information I provided is incorrect.

I know its not incorrect, why does it keep saying that? It asks for card #, exp.

Date, and lets me continue. Then it asks for birth day and year, last 4 of social, and security code the error message comes up.

According to Money Network FAQs you you should call 1-86*-387-5146 and follow the prompts for the option to report a lost or stolen Card so that a new one can be delivered to you promptly. This option is available without having to log into the system, so your Card number is not required.
