I opened a small account in early July 2018 and as of Sept. 2018 still no card or access to account.
Have been promised 6 different times of new arrival time.....STILL NO CARD!!! This has to be the worst customer service of any business EVER!!! And now they've charged fees to the account that I have zero access to. There is no sense of urgency or understanding from them.
Can someone give the CEO's name and office city? I should have read other reviews before opening account. Looks like they have a ton of issues besides mine. Maybe this was their business model to begin with.
Has anyone had an issue with something similar to this before? Thank you for reading!!!!
